Adelina Rodriguez

Adelina Rodriguez passed away on May 23, 2015 surrounded by her husband, Juan J. Rodriguez of 68 years and by her family. She was better known to her family as Mom or Tita. Adelina was an incredible mother of five daughters, Gloria (Manuel) Marquez, Yolanda (Sam) Candelaria, Rosa (Albert) Varela, Leticia Tagle and Norma (Ed) Gonzales and a beloved abuela of ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her youngest brother, Rodolpho Estrada. Adelina was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She taught her daughters how to be loving, understanding, nurturing, kind and respectful. Her family will best remember her by all the wonderful memories of what a great lady she was. We would like to thank Hospice of El Paso and her caregiver Tila Ortega, Claudia Moreno, RN, Cuca Perez (aid) for their dedication in assuring her peaceful departure. It is with great sadness that she is no longer with us, however, we celebrate her life and legacy that continues on through her husband, daughters and grandchildren.
