Angelica Velez

Angelica Velez, 52, beloved daughter, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on November 20th 2013 with her family by her side. Angelica was a 1978 graduate of Austin High School. She did volunteer work for Dr. Reeves and most recently worked as a care giver for seniors. Angie was always very passionate about her work and never failed to leave a smile on your face. Angelica is survived by her parents, Maria and Misael Velez; her brother Robert Velez; his wife Lisa; nieces Linda Velez, Angelica Portillo and her husband Isaiah. She will be dearly missed but will continue to live on in our hearts. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Monday, November 25, 2013 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
