Beverlee Shaw

Our beloved mother, ‘Gran, and Great~Gran’, Beverlee (Lee) Lou (nee Walter) Shaw, left us suddenly on July 8, 2017. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 56 years, Dale Leroy Shaw. She is survived by her daughters, Kim and Tana, and her son Scott; grandchildren John, Lynae, Kara, Mandy, Katie, David, Tiffany, Victoria, and Emily, and her three great-grandsons Braeden, Caleb John, and Caleb; as well as her three sisters, Dorothy, Mary, and Ruth, and many nieces, nephews. A beautiful, caring, and strong woman of fervent faith, she blessed her family and friends with her thoughtful and giving nature. A stewardess for American Airlines prior to her marriage, she devoted her life to her family and loved ones, church, friends, and those in need. She adored flower arranging, interior design, and was a master seamstress. We deeply grieve the loss of her presence, and will carry her forever in our hearts, missing her dearly until the time we are reunited. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
