Bryant Keith Lovejoy

Bryant Lovejoy was born to Morris Paul and Vera Mae Lovejoy on November 26, 1958 in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Parkland High School in 1977 where he lettered in tennis and choir. Also during high school he was a member of the Royal JL’s dance group that took 1st place in a regional talent contest and became eligible to compete nationally in New York City. He married his wife Brenda of 35 years in 1978 and went on to have four children. Bryant was always a very hard worker and ensured that his family was taken care of. He started working for Southland Corporation (7-11) where he quickly moved his way into management. He went on to work for CA-one services, Peter Piper Pizza and HMS Host. His final position was as a letter carrier with the US Postal Service. Bryant is survived by his wife Brenda; brothers, David and Lorenzo; sister, Rhonda; four children, Stacy, Bryant Jr., Jasmine, and Jeremy, as well as one grandchild. Anyone who has ever met him or worked alongside him knows he will be greatly missed. Bryant Keith Lovejoy, 56, Visitation: 10:00am-12:00pm with a Funeral Service at 12:00pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service to follow at 2:00pm at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
