Charles Eugene Powlus 1946-2017 Chuck was a true soldier. After enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1965, Chuck was awarded numerous medals but the most important was the Purple Heart for injuries received in battle. He served his country, family, and community with honor, enthusiasm, and love.
