Elias Flores-Cano

Elias Flores-Cano, 76, our loving and caring father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Elias was born on November 1, 1937 in Colonia Dublán, Chihuahua, Mexico and later moved to El Paso, Texas where he raised his family and worked for various home improvement companies for over forty years. He loved spending time with his family and was a real outdoorsman who enjoyed camping and fishing. He is survived by his children: Estela Irene Sena (Alonso), Elias Flores Jr. (Pilar), Cesar Omar Flores (Sandra L.), Sonia Flores (Ruben) and Jaime Flores. He is also survived by his siblings: Samuel Flores, Moises Flores, Ruben Flores, Hector Flores, Helaman Flores, Porfirio Flores and Gloria Elva Flores Rivas; and 10 grandchildren. We will forever remember him for his great sense of humor and will love him always. Visitation will be held from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M. on Saturday, May17, 2014 with a funeral service at 5 P.M. at Sunset Funeral Home-East.
