Elisa V. Samudio, 90 passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013. She was born in Smelter Town, TX and resided in El Paso since 1965. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cruz M. Samudio. Her survivors include her daughters; Gloria Valdez, Lucy Valdez, Leticia Lazcano and Graciela Gomez, 12, grandchildren 38, great-grandchildren and, 7 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm Monday, December 30, 2013 with a vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East. A Funeral Service will be held at 9 am Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 10:30 am. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
