Our beloved Matriarch, Encarnacion Jaso Sanchez, has passed. Although our hearts are heavy with grief and sadness, our souls rejoice knowing heaven glimmers shinier today. Her laughter was profound and contagious. Both saints and angels alike envied her smile. When she taught you a lesson, you left knowing her knowledge of life had not only enlightened you but also made you want to do right by her. When she scolded you, you left knowing full and well. Her love protected, guided, consoled, and somehow it also seemed to bring you closer to our Lord. She worked tirelessly in raising her five amazing and giving children, whom which she is survived by and her memory lives on in: Julietta (Richard), Salvador (Raquel), Daniel (Cindy), Gerardo (Mary), and Armando (Cindy). She worked further in instilling wisdom and tradition into her eleven grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Time is unforgiving and short, and though there are no words that neither can nor will ease our pain. It is her memory that will comfort and uplift us. Celebration, not grief, shall rule this day. Her time will resonate forever because she was timeless. Visitation 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Vigil/Rosary 6:00pm, Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N Carolina.
