Gilbert Joseph "Joey" Torres

Gilbert Joseph Torres (Joey), 40, Beloved son, brother and nephew passed away peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2013 with his mother at his side. Joey was a 1992 graduate of Coronado High School and had attended New Mexico State University, he then spent many years managing different restaurants in New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. Joey’s personality lit up any room he walked into and had made many wonderful friends through the years. He was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Torres. He is survived by his mother Rosava Zounis, his sister Sarah Stegall (Michael), Chase and Jenna of La Porte, Texas and his wonderful uncles and aunts along with his nieces, nephews and cousins, whom he loved so much.
