Guadalupe Mejia

GUADALUPE MEJIA passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 at the age of 95. She was member and treasurer for the Guadalupanas and an author. She was preceded in death by her husband Eufemio Mejia , son Edmundo Mejia, daughters; Beatriz Mejia, Herlinda Mejia and Carmen Mejia. She is survived by her children: Aurora Mejia, Felipe Mejia, Ruben Mejia, Victor Manuel Mejia, Rosalba Pena and Fernando Pena. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with a Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home West. The Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 12:00PM at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W. Sunset.
