Marica Lee Gahan

Marica Lee Gahan, (Pat) 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 28, 2017. Marica was a devoted member of Sunrise Baptist Church for over 60 years. She filled various roles at her church such as the church treasurer, secretary and leading the Women’s Ministry. She was a special lady who always helped all military families feel right at home. Any time you would ask her for help she was always ready to lend a helpful hand. She truly showed the church the true meaning of love. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed. Pat is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Andrew John Gahan and her beloved daughter, Cheryl Shofner. She is survived by her Son, Randy Gahan; Daughters, Peggy Slocum (Steve), Shirley Labree (Larry) and Marcy Davis (Ron); 10 Grandchildren; 18 Great grandchildren and Loving brother, David Whitlock (Stephanie). A Graveside Service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
