On the afternoon of April 5, 2014, Marilyn Elaine Mucha passed away peacefully from natural causes in the comfort of her home, in the company of her husband, at the age of 75.
Marilyn was born in El Paso, Texas on January 27, 1939. She was the seventh of nine children birthed to Francess Aurelia Fisher and Bruce Wanless Steele.
She spent her childhood in El Paso and met the love of her life her Senior Year of high school. Shortly after graduating from El Paso High, she married in the spring of 1958. Marilyn was a dedicated and loving U.S. Air force wife and spent 20 years traveling the world with her husband of 56 years and four children. Returning home to El Paso in 1974 Marilyn would spend the rest of her life raising her children, grandchildren and eventually great-grandchildren in whom her bright and charismatic spirit lives on.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Joseph Mucha, brother Harry Steele, her four children Joseph Mucha, Elizabeth Redfield, Michael Mucha and Steven Mucha, Eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
