Matilde Mouland

Matilde "Betty" Mouland Pacheco, 85, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of her but now we have a guardian angel that will watch over us, guide us and love us. She was the strongest person we ever knew. She will be greatly missed by so many that knew her. Time for me to go now, I won’t say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, way up in the sky. In the morning sunrise when all the world is new, Just look for me and love me, as you know I loved you. Just wish me to be near you, And I’ll be there with you. Betty was born in Durango, Mexico. In Mexico she was a teacher. Betty retired from Levi's Strauss Company but she never really fully retired because she enjoyed selling her ceramic pieces and visiting with her friends. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 25 years Jose Pacheco. She also leaves behind her children Andy (Ani) Mouland, Sylvia (Dwayne) Mouland-Duncan, and Lynda (Richard) Stevens. 20 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 furry four legged grand-dog children. Visitation: 12:00PM to 4:00PM with Rosary at 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
