Ninfa C Calanche

Ninfa C. Calanche passed away Sunday, January 4th, 2015 at 9:41 pm. She passed away peacefully in the presence of her family. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and had lived in El Paso since her teenage years. Ninfa is preceeded in death by her parents; Raymundo and Guadalupe Cuevas, sister; Lydia, and brothers; Marcos, Lucio and Raymundo Jr. She leaves behind her husband of 36 years Juan Calanche, son; Rogelio Avalos, daughter; Lorena Back, granddaughters; Briana, Celine, Heather, and Jordan, grandsons; James and Frankie. Also survived by sister; Cleotilde Rosales and brother; Alvaro Cuevas. Visitation will be held for Ninfa on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 from 4-9 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, Janury 8, 2015 at St. Frances Mother Cabrini Church at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at 2:30 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
