Oscar Armando Arzaga

OSCAR A. ARZAGA passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the age of 52. He was a loving husband, step-father, son, brother, uncle and will be greatly missed. He was a Transportation Engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation for many years. He loved hunting, fishing, and playing and teaching chess at a high level. He was preceded in death by his father Armando Arzaga. He is survived by his mother Maria Magdalena Arzaga, his wife Mercedes Carolina Rodriguez-Lemmo, step-son Eduardo E. Braschi, his siblings; Alfredo Arzaga, Enrique Arzaga and his wife Margarita, Jesus Arzaga, Raymundo Carrasco, Dolores Carrasco, his nephews Roberto Enrique Arzaga and Armando Arzaga. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 9:00AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere. Inurnment will be held at later date.
