Playford Province Gould

Playford P. Gould Jr., 65, passed away 12 April 2018. He was born in Ohio in 1953. He was very proud of all services he provided for the United States of America. Having served in the U.S. Army and the United States Postal Service where he would retire after 30 years of dedicated service. He loved being with his wife of 37 years, Lanell, and his children, Playford and Brittney. He was driven by his passion of the great outdoors whether it be at home in his pool, in the desert riding his many off road vehicles, or at the lake fishing on his boat. His passion of the outdoors inspired him to design, build and operated numerous radio-controlled airplanes, boats, and vehicles. Playford (Mick) was known for playing his guitar with his family and friends. Playford is survived by devoted wife, Ruth Lanell Gould, his loving daughter, Brittney Alexander, and his cherished son, Playford P. Gould III. He was also loved by his siblings, Elizabeth, Deborah, Barbara, Douglas and Pamela. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00pm on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 2:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
