Juanita Vega born on December 8, 1919 was called to Gods presence on December 28th, 2013 at the age of 94. Married to Carlos Vega for 68 wonderful years. She was born in Cd Juarez and moved to El Paso,Texas 28yrs ago. She was very loving, giving, generous, social, joyful person and she always would say it is better to laugh than to cry. Her family was the most important part of her life and was happiest around them. She was very much respected, honored and Loved by everyone who knew her. She will always be cherished and missed by all. She has Eight daughters: Ernestina Harville (Harold), Hortencia Guevara(Ignacio), Katie Perez, Socorro Seade, Laura Romo(Ronald), Pilar Kappler, Manuela Soriano(Carlos), Raquel Vega. 20 grandchildren Gilbert Almanza(Angela) Ruby Hungate(George) Charlie Almanza, Mike Harville(Patti) Grace Miller(Edward) Ignacio Guevara Efren Perez,Lupe Perez, Caesar Seade, Carlos Seade, Araceli Seade, Sergio Lopez(Patty) Elsa Sykes, Gary Hogan, Robert Kappler, Patricia Robinson, Doris Soriano, Carlos Soriano, Jonathan Soriano, Larry Modesto(Celia). 28 greatgrandkids and 6 great great grand kids. Let the memories of the years you shared wash over your heart and soul, let the knowledge that you are in our prayers, help us to console. Let her spirit fill you with strength and love may it help the pain decrease, as each day that brings a glorious dawn creates an inner peace Visitation will be from 4-9pm Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Homes, 750 N Carolina with Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday, January 3rd, 2014 at 10:30 am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery.
