Amalia M. Favela

Amalia M. Favela, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the age of 75. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents Alberto Romero and Emilia Sedillo Romero; her son Ricardo Favela Jr. and daughter Dolores Favela Carlos; brothers Frank Romero Sr., Felipe Romero, A Benicio “Nicho” Romero, and Guadalupe “Lupe” Romero. She is survived by her beloved children: Saul Favela, Gloria Gallardo and husband Fernando, David Favela, Susanne Favela and her siblings: Mary Chantos, Cecilia Rios, Albert Romero Jr., Benjamin Romero, Sr., Ramona Gutierrez, 23 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Monday, June 04, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home West. Funeral Mass will begin at 12:00pm on Tuesday, June 05, 2018 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 460 W. Sunset. Pallbearers will be: Joseph Urquidi, Jacob Favela, Celso Favela, Saul Favela, David Favela, Daniel Fraire, Arturo Carlos, Javier Carlos. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens at 1:15pm.
