RANGEL Arturo Quinones Rangel, age 53, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 07, 2021. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, son, brother, friend and will be greatly missed. Arturo is preceded in death by his loving father; Encarnacion Quinones† and his loving sister; Concepcion Quinones†. He is survived by his loving mother; Manuela Rangel, his adoring wife; Concepcion Quinones, his loving children; Jorge Luis Quinones(Karla), Maria Dolores Quinones(Jesus Medina), Melissa Quinones, Jessica Quinones(Jesus Duarte), and Stephanie Quinones, his sisters; Maria De Los Angeles Quinones and Norma Quinones, and grandchildren; Brianna Medina, Brandon Medina, Marlene Duarte, Lylah Duarte, and Regina Quinones. Arturo is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. Visitation will be held from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021 with a Prayer Service to follow at 7:00p.m. at Sunset Funeral Homes West, 480 N. Resler Drive, El Paso, TX 79912. A Final Viewing will follow at 11:30a.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes West, 480 N. Resler Drive, El Paso, TX 79912.
