Charlotte Ann Hopper, 80, was born February 4, 1934 in Gotebo, Oklahoma. She has been a resident of El Paso since 1956. She was employed by EPISD working at Andress High school under the leadership of the late Harry (Hut) Brown and Teresa Pena. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Kenneth R. Hopper; son, Tim Hopper; daughters, Joni, Cindy and Nancy; sons-in law, Mike Durling and Tony Rojero; daughter-in-law, Gretchen Hopper as well as grandchildren; Kenneth , Michael, Marissa, Sarah, Jacob, and Megan; and one great granddaughter Mia Loretta. She is also survived by her brother Leon Penn (Debra); and sisters Margaret Meeks and Kay Heath (Art). After retiring, Charlotte and Kenneth enjoyed many years of golfing and traveling to Mission, Texas and Timberon, NM. She was an avid reader and led exercise classes much of her life. Charlotte was a selfless, kind-hearted, Christian woman that was loved and will be missed by many. She will be forever in our hearts. We love you, mom. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00pm on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Interment is Private.
