Chom Suk Levander

Chom Suk Levander, 62, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 02, 2020. Suk was born in Illo, South Korea on January 22, 1958. She was the fifth of seven children. In June of 1981 Suk met her Husband Tom Levander in Seoul, South Korea and married on March 16, 1982. They moved to the United States in June 1982 and started a family. Suk was the most nurturing soul. She was known for feeding anyone and everyone that came to her house or church. She also enjoyed gardening and cooking delicious food inspired by her Korean cooking shows. She devoted her life to Christ unconditionally and was known by many for her strong faith. This was her legacy. Suk leaves behind her husband of 38 years Thomas Levander, daughter Gloria and son Samuel. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on February 09, 2020 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive. Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 pm on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Apollo Heights Baptist Church, 10450 Kenworthy Street. Committal Service to follow at 1:30 pm at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
