Crecencio Cardona

Cresencio Cardona passed away peacefully on August 30, 2021. Cresencio was born on June 15, 1931 in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Cresencio married Mariana Cardona in 1953, and became a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX. He worked at Tony Lama for over forty years and was affectionately known as “Cookies”. Cresencio is survived by daughter Juanita (Jose†), sons Javier (Micaela), Jorge (Bertha), Jose (Sofia) and Manuel (Mercedes), 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Cresencio is preceded in death by his wife Mariana and daughter Maria Casas (Juan). He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him and will be remembered by his extraordinary stories and unfailing work ethic.
