David Ornelas, age 48, passed away on February 2, 2018. David was born in Merced, CA to Jesus Ornelas and Maria Uvina. He is survived by his parents, Jesus and Maria Ornelas, son Alex Ornelas; brother Ismael Ornelas; sister Mary Garcia; sister Angie Palacias. A visitation will be from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be said at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 12, 2018 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
