Delia C. Neria

Delia C. Neria, 90, Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. Delia was born in Joliet, Illinois on October 19, 1930. Her family then relocated to El Paso, TX where she was raised and attended school. Delia would later marry the love of her life, Arturo O. Neria. She worked at Hortex Manufacturing as a seamstress for many years and later became a full-time housewife. Delia is preceded in death by her parents, many brothers and sisters, her husband, Arturo O. Neria and her grandson, Jacob Raúl Moreno. She leaves behind her children: Juan Cepeda (Ilda), Rosie Moreno (David), Arturo Neria Jr. (Joy), David Neria (Pat). Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes – East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Guardian Angel Church, 3021 Frutas. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Juan Cepeda Jr., Arturo Neria III, David Angel Neria, Jaime Gomez, Elijah Arriola and Hector Jose Cepeda II. Honorary pallbearers will be Jose Luis Gomez and Roberto Gomez.
