Dolores Irma Ortegon

Dolores Irma Ortegon, passed away on the 30th of October 2020. She was born and raised in El Paso for 74 years. She was a graduate of Bel Air High School Class of 1964 and also attended Texas Western now known as UTEP and later in life also attended Park University working on a degree for Social Work. She was known by friends and family as kind, caring, loving and playful. She was accepting of the people who came into her home, never judged a book by its cover. Mom the values you’ve taught, the care you’ve given and the wonderful love you’ve shown enriched our lives that will be deeply missed, LOVE YOU. She also taught my sisters and me that no matter what happens you need to push forward and continue on with life, because it waits for no one. She is preceded in death by her Father Jose B. Cordova, her Mother Dolores F. Cordova and Brother Xavier Cordova. She is survived by her three children Yvette Ortegon, Bernadette Ortegon and Eduardo Ortegon Jr. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren Bethany, Nathan, Miracle, Matthew, Jeremiah, Mauro, Miguel, Maximiliano, Micaela and Marcelino and her Brother Bernie Cordova and Sisters Yvonne Cordova, Loraine Burrola and Debbie Salomon. She is greatly missed and will always remain in hearts for all eternity. Mom, fly in the heavens and watch over us as you did when you were here with us. We love you and miss you dearly.
