Domitila M. Rodriguez

On Monday, September 7th, 2020, Domitila M Rodriguez, loving mother of Maria Luisa Corona, Manuel Rodriguez, Maria Elena Vargas and Alfonso Rodriguez passed away at the age of 94. She was the beloved grandmother to Bernadette Rodriguez, Adrian Rodriguez, Alfonso Rodriguez Yvette Palomo, Ricardo Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Rafael Corona, Cynthia Good, Abram Vargas, Steven Rodriguez, Vanessa Rodriguez and great-grandmother to 17 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Manuel Rodriguez and son Eugene Rodriguez, sisters Mariana Moran, María de Jesús Moran-Armendariz, and brother Jose Moran. Tila, as she was affectionately known, was a devoted wife, mother, teacher, and artist. She loved painting, singing, dancing, eating and travelling. Tila was a devout Catholic and model of spirituality and faith. She was joyful, dedicated to her family, and lived life to the fullest. Tila brought joy to all those whose lives she touched. She will be loved and missed by all but her light and spirit remains forever with us. Where there is love there is life. Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto thine.
