Our beautiful Mother, Dorothy R. Juarez, age 91, has gone home to her eternal resting place, with our dear Lord Jesus Christ, on Thursday, January 14, 2021, in El Paso, Texas. Mom passed away peacefully from natural causes, surrounded by her family. Dorothy was born in Pueblo, Colorado on April 01, 1929, to Louis and Tomasita Rivera. Our mom is preceded by death by her husband of 62 years, Gregorio Juarez and her eldest son, Robert Juarez. She is survived by her daughters, Esther Peters (Ira)† and Christine J. Henry (Steve), Sons, Joe A. Juarez (Rosa), Albert Juarez (Marcella),and Raymundo Juarez (Hilda), her daughter-in-law; Magdalena Juarez; and was a grandma to 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. also survived by sister, Regina Sanchez and brother, Ramon Rivera. Mom loved Jesus Christ, was a devout Roman Catholic and was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church, where she also taught Catechism. Our Mother’s greatest passion were her children whom she adored, as we adored her. She loved to cook and garden, and was wonderful at it too.
It is because of Lord’s loving kindness that we are not consumed, because His compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness.
