Elizabeth Ann Gonzales

Elizabeth Ann Gonzales (Liz), 67, went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 8th, 2020 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father, David Gonzales, Sr., and her younger brother Rudolfo Gonzales. She is survived by her mother, Ruth Gonzales (El Paso, TX); her siblings: Michael Gonzales (Katy, TX), Anita Miller (Kansas City, MO), and David Gonzales, Jr.(Austin, TX); her daughter, Jennifer Ann Vega (El Paso, TX); and her grandson, Vincent Vega (El Paso, TX). After many years of battling health issues, Elizabeth, or Eish as her beloved father called her, finally succumbed to her illnesses. She was a beautiful soul and a selfless person. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who would give the shirt off her back to help anyone in need. Even in the darkest hour of her suffering, her first thought was always for her family and friends. Her legacy will live on in her mother, sister, brothers, daughter, and grandson who will continue her tradition of caring for all those around them. Her family invites anyone who knew Liz to a memorial service at Sunset Funeral Homes - East on 750 N. Carolina, El Paso, TX. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM.
