Eva G. Olivas, 78, returned to her heavenly home on December 1, 2018 with her family by her side. Her devotion to family and unswaying faith in God gave her the support and strength to continue on her journey. She is survived by her Daughters; Julia (Jerry) Rodriguez, Cynthia Uribarri, Tisha Olivas; Grandchildren: Janina (Israel) Ramos, Catherine Rodriguez, Christopher Rodriguez; Great Granddaughters, Jaylah and Ariah Ramos; Brothers; Tony (Lucha) Gasca, Raul (Martha) Gasca and sister Guadalupe (Emile Sr.) Hebert. Mom was an amazing woman who always saw the best in people and loved unconditionally. We’ll miss your unbiased advice, long talks, silly games but most of all your tight hugs and your contagious smile. Mom it’s time to “Be Free” and we’ll “See You Later Alligator.” Love you Mommy! Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 9:00 AM, Thursday, December 6, 2018 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N. Clark. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
