Gilberto “Gil” Arriola passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at the age of 70. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a faithful member of the Catholic Church. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He is survived by loving wife, Maria “Flor”; sons, Henry and Roberto; daughters, Viviana and Melissa; brother, Jose Luis Arriola; and sister, Marie Irene Valverde. He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren to cherish and honor his memory. Services will be held privately. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N.
