Kelvin DeJuan Frazier born October 31, 1977 is one of four children to Leroy and Cynthia Frazier. He accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and remained a Baptist until his departure. As a native of Tallahassee, Florida he attended Amos P. Godby High School and Florida A&M University. Kelvin was also a proud member of the Masonic Lodge. He received an Associate in Science degree on May 19, 2017 from Excelsior College.
In the year 2000 thru 2004, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served on the front lines of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). Corporal Frazier also served tours in United Arab Emirates, Kosovo and Bahrain. From April 2004 to September 2008 he became a deputy in Columbia County, Georgia. In 2011 Kelvin became a member of the United States Army; serving as a Senior Transmission System Operator Maintainer, Instructor/ Writer, and Platoon Sergeant. Throughout his service Sergeant First Class Frazier deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom XI-XII and Operation Enduring Freedom XIV-XV. Kelvin’s desire to service to his country made an unforgettable humbling influence to all he served alongside of.
Kelvin leaves cherished memories to-be shared by his loving and devoted wife, Teresa B. Frazier (El Paso, TX); son Jaden K. Frazier (Melbourne, FL), daughter Jasmin Faith (El Paso, TX), parents Leroy and Cynthia Frazier (Lamont, Florida); a sister Ihsan Frazier (Lamont, FL), and two brothers Keith Frazier (Tallahassee, FL) and Kendric Frazier (Tampa, FL). He also leaves a host of relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews).
