Lorena V. Montelongo

Lorena V. Montelongo passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by family on 03/01/2021 at the age of 59. She was born in El Paso in 1961. Lorena was a devoted Catholic and wife who loved her family very much. She was a selfless, kind and hard working woman who always put her family first. Spending time with them and continuing family traditions was important to her. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her. She is survived by her husband Miguel A. Montelongo, her daughters Erika R. Montelongo, Vanessa M. Sotelo and son-in-law Chris Sotelo. She leaves behind two grandchildren Diego Sebastian and Olivia Luna Sotelo. Visitation from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a rosary to follow at 2:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home- East. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 06, 2021 at Our lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery East.
