Maria Graciela Retana, age 54, passed away at her residence surrounded by those she loved on July 21, 2019. Maria was born in Durango, Mexico to father Francisco Hernandez and mother Maria Ignacia Gamiz. Maria was married to the love of her life Jose Manuel Retana. She is survived by husband Jose Manuel Retana, son Edgar Manuel Retana, Jose David Retana and daughter Melissa Retana. Brothers Victor Hernandez, David Hernandez, Humberto Hernandez, and Francisco Hernandez. Sisters Ana Velia Hernandez, Maria de los Angeles Hernandez, Norma Patricia Hernandez and Sandra Lina Hernandez. There will be a visitation open to the public on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Starting at 5:00 P.M. and ending at 9:00 P.M. Along with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. Deacon Bobby Saucedo will be officiating. These services will be held at Sunset Funeral Homes - Americas. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 25th, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. The mass will take place at La Purisima Catholic Church Inurnment will be private.
