Martha M. Valadez

Martha Valadez, 80, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her sister, Bertha Montes and brother, Armando Montes. Survived by Rudolph Valadez Sr., a devoted husband of 57 years; daughters: Cindy Dennis (Mike), Michelle Ellsworth, (JT) and Yvette DeBolt, (John); sons: Rudolph Valadez Jr. (Brenda) and James Valadez (Lorraine); grandchildren: Lauren, Jeff, Corrie, Cody, Aaron, Cathy, Trey, Tori, Tessa, Haley, Hunter, Ty, John, Nicki, and Cassie; and 2 great grandchildren Cole, and Camille. She is also survived by her brothers: Ezequiel Montes, Mario Montes and Robert Montes. Martha began her education at Guardian Angel Elementary. She graduated from Loretto Academy in 1952 and Texas Western College in 1955. She was a lifetime resident of El Paso and taught with the EPISD for 34 years. A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2014 at St. Rafael's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
