Mikel James Anderson

Mikel James Anderson, 46, was the son of John and Nancy Anderson, the love of Bonnie’s life and the extraordinary father of Nathan, Aaron, Lauren, Matthew and Daniel. Mike had the unique ability to fill every room he walked into with his larger-than-life personality. If Mike knew you, he loved you. Whether you were a friend or one of his patients, you quickly became a part of his family. Mike took the time to make everyone feel like they not only mattered, but they were deeply cared for. He made sure that everyone’s concerns were heard and that he was there to help in any way that he possibly could. Mike will be remembered for his healing hands and his heart of gold. When others could not provide relief for his ailing patients, Mike was able to help them find solutions that brought them relief and brought him great joy. He loved what he did and he loved those he treated even more. Mike was true to his faith, his family, and he was a true man of God. He didn’t only have faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ, but he practiced that same faith every day of his life, loving and caring for others every chance he had. Mikel will be missed beyond our ability to express, but we know we will live and love together forever again someday. Death cannot separate us, we are bound together eternally. Visitation from 3:00 - 4:45 PM with Funeral Service at 5:00 PM, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Church of Jesus Christ Ladder Day Saints, 1212 Sumac. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery.
