Missy Hernandez

Melissa “Missy” Hernandez was born May 18, 1971 in El Paso, Texas and left this world on November 19, 2021. Missy grew up in the lower valley and was a true Dallas Cowboy fan who never missed a game. She was well-known for her delicious cooking, especially menudo and potato salad. Everyone who knew her will miss her beautiful, contagious smile. Missy is preceded in death by her stepfather Jerry Goodman. She is survived by her Cholo, David Mestas, parents Rose Goodman and Luis Lopez Jr, siblings, sister Elizabeth Duran and brothers Robert Hernandez and Luis Lopez III, her children, daughter Rose Marie Mendoza, her two sons, Victor Mendoza Jr, and Vincent Mendoza. She had her grand babies, also known as her Rugrats, that she loved with all her heart and would do anything in her power to see them happy; Brianna Marquez, Leah Marquez, Isaias Marquez, Nathan Mendoza, Naim Mendoza, Cali Mendoza, Layla Mendoza and Leanna Mendoza. Missy will be greatly missed by her family and friends who lost a wonderful person, however heaven gained a beautiful angel. We love you missy, mucho, mucho, muchote!
