Otto E. Palacios, 45, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2020. He was born in Los Angeles, California to his parents, Carlos H. Palacios and Guadalupe Bretado. He is preceded in death by his grandparents. Otto is survived by his loving wife, Irasema Palacios; sons, Sebastian Flores, Eduardo A., Nathan I., Christian A. and Christopher Palacios; daughters, Marissa L. Palacios, Delilah Franco, and Ruby Gonzalez; brother, Carlos Palacios; sisters, Stephanie Palacios-Wenzel, Lisa Y., Ivet, Michelle and Denise Palacios. Due to the "Stay at Home" order implemented to the city, services for Mr. Palacios will be taken at a later date. Services Entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
