Rosa Maria Padilla Gonzalez

Rosa Maria Padilla Gonzalez, at the age of 69, passed away in her home on May 1, 2015 in El Paso, Texas. She is the daughter of Gregoria Amelia Padilla and the late Benjamin R. Padilla. Rosie will always be remembered for her strength, tenacity, and, most of all, her honesty. She prided herself in, and most loved, her work and accomplishments in the brokerage industry. Her love for soccer, traveling, and family were without match. She is survived by her husband, Arturo Nevarez, her children Alvino Fernando Jr., Alfred (Blanca), Amber Dawn (Raul); 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Suky De La Rosa, Maria Elena Nuñez, Joe Padilla, Raphael Padilla, Terry Aguilera. Memorial Vigil will be at 10:00 am Friday, May 8, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Memorial Mass will follow at 11:30 am at St. Patrick's Cathedral with a Graveside service at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
