Terrence A. Powers

Terrence Allen Powers, age 77, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 22, 2021 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son and brother and will be greatly missed. He served in the United States Airforce for four years and the United States Army after graduating from UTEP in 1976.Terrence is preceded in death by his loving parents; Charles Arthur Powers and Helen Coyle and his beloved daughter; Teresa Powers. He is survived by his beautiful wife; Margarita Guillen-Powers, his adoring daughters; Christy Wilke and Frankie Carreon, his dearest sister; Caron Paddock, and six beloved grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary to be followed at 7:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home- West. Mass services will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 12:00pm at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 400 W. Sunset St., El Paso, Texas. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the El Paso Animal Shelter. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480N.
