Yung Hui Russ

June 22, 1939 — May 8, 2020

On May 8th 2020, Yung Hui Russ was called home by our Heavenly Father. She joins her husband, Harvey Franklin Russ, as well as her parents. She is survived by her son, Christopher Park, as well as her sisters, Jeannie Park and Dr. Connie Park, and her brother, Dwight Park and his family. Born in South Korea, Yung Hui married her husband 58 years ago and has lived in Florida, Kentucky, and Texas. She was active in the church and well respected in the Korean community. She loved many and was loved by even more. She was kind, hardworking, selfless, funny, and intelligent. She passed away at home, after battling cancer. Her son was with her, just as she wanted. The family would like to thank those who attended her memorial service on May 13th in these extraordinary times. She was laid to rest with her husband on May 14th, at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery. She is whole now, and without pain. She will be missed but loved always and forever. "Until that one perfect sunrise, Mom... I love you."
