Abel Porras Garcia, age 95, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in El Paso, Texas. Abel was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his mother; Chon Garcia and Pilar Poras. He is survived by his loving wife; Dominga Lujan; his children; Monica Garcia, David Garcia, Eddy Garcia and Danny Garcia; his sisters; Amelia and Josefina; and his 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.
A Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday, May 09, 2026 with Military Honors at 1:00 pm and a Rosary at 2:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast.
Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr., El Paso, Texas 79904.
