Alfred is survived by his beloved wife, Amy Leyva, and his two sons, Alfred Bautista Jr. and Seth Bautista. He cherished his family deeply and took immense pride in his roles as a husband and father. His legacy will continue through his grandson, Tony Bautista, who brought joy to Alfred's life.
In addition to his immediate family, Alfred leaves behind his brothers, Richard Bautista, Eddie Bautista, Albert Bautista, and Gabe Bautista, who hold fond memories of their time together, highlighting the deep bonds and shared experiences that defined their relationship.

A Funeral Service will be held on January 30, 2026, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, starting at 11:00 AM, concluding with a Graveside Service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
