Amparo Flores

Amparo “Pary” Flores, age 84, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 5,2026, surrounded by the love of her family. A devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, sister, and dear friend, Pary touched the lives of many with her warmth, strength, and unconditional love. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Pary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfredo Flores; her parents, Carlos and Catalina Aranda; her siblings, Jesus Aranda, Dora Hernandez, Isabel Gonzalez, and Salvador Aranda; and her grandson, Freddy Flores. 

She leaves behind a loving family who will forever carry her memory in their hearts, including her children: Daniel Flores, Rosella Gomez, and Enrique Flores (Elena); her siblings: Arturo Aranda and Ana Aranda; her grandchildren: Ashley Chavez (Leonard), Danny Flores Jr., Rachel Ley, Veronica Vasquez (Timothy), Richard D. Flores, Anissa Gomez, Erik Flores (Allena), and Eddy Flores; as well as her 10 great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and happiness. She is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends whose lives were blessed by her love and kindness.

 Visitation for Amparo “Pary” Flores will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Homes-West, with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery.
