Andrew Kienle

Andrew "Andy" Michael Kienle, 79, a lifelong El Pasoan, passed away peacefully at home.

A graduate of El Paso High School, Andy formed friendships there that lasted a lifetime. Alongside his brother, Philip Kienle, he owned and operated Acme Machine Works, representing the fourth generation of the Kienle family to continue the longtime El Paso business.

Andy shared the last 20 years of his life with his loving companion, Carla Wilcox. An avid outdoorsman and shooting enthusiast, he was active with the El Paso Gun Club and Fort Bliss Rod & Gun Club. He was also a Third Degree Master Mason and held numerous positions within the fraternity over the years.

Andy is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Jenifer Kienle and Alexander and Kelly Kienle; granddaughters, Ava, Mia, Olivia, and Vivian Kienle; companion, Carla Wilcox; brother, Philip Kienle; sister-in-law, Geraldine Kienle; nephews, KC Kienle and Charles Kienle and his wife, Michelle; and niece, Krissy Collins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Carl Kienle; sister, Barbara Kienle Collins; brother, Paul Kienle; and beloved grandsons, Drew and Dane Kienle.

Andy’s life was deeply rooted in El Paso, in his family, friendships, work, and community. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, 4301 Alameda Avenue, El Paso. A reception will immediately follow at the El Maida Shrine, 6331 Alabama Street, El Paso.
