Angelina Maria Jacobo

Angelina Maria Jacobo, age 80, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 10, 2025. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Angelina is preceded in death by her parents; Wenceslao Serafin and Florencia Chavez. She is survived by her loving husband; Trinidad Jacobo; her dearest sons; Omar Jacobo and Eric Jacobo; her brothers; Joe Serafin, Luis Serafin, Hector Serafin, Rudy Serafin and Ismael (Armando) Serafin; and her 5 grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 14600 Horizon Blvd, Horizon City, TX 79928. A Graveside Service will follow at at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
