Anna Belle Pankow passed away peacefully on March 13, 2016 at the age of 85. Born on March 14, 1931 in Garrison, North Dakota, she was raised in the farm countries surrounding Butte, ND with her parents Frank and Myrtle Rivers. She married her husband Clarence Pankow and travelled the world with him in the Army, living throughout the US, Germany, and Japan. Since 1968 she lived in El Paso and retired here after working many years for the El Paso Independent School District. She was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church
She is survived by her three children: Susan Panko, David Panko (wife-Alice Moses Panko), and Deborah Pankow; and her grandchildren Ali Panko, Kyle Panko, Michael Farlow, Grace Farlow, and James Farlow. A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM, 9301 Diana Drive.
