Annie Cabrera Gonzales

Annie Cabrera Gonzales was born on November 13, 1933, in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from El Paso High School in 1953. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Annie found great joy in tending to her garden and taking pride in her lawn. She was also a passionate sports fan and valued hard work, continuing her professional life until the age of 84.

Annie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Juan Gonzales, a proud Marine Veteran. She is survived by her three children: Anthony Gonzales, Teresa Woodruff, and Thomas Gonzales; eight grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, May 12, 2025 with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 N. Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A Vigil will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas followed by a Graveside Service at 2:30 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
