Antonio Borjon Jr., a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones at his home, in El Paso, TX, at the age of 72.

Born on December 7, 1953, in El Paso, TX., Antonio possessed a relentless drive to succeed with unwavering perseverance. He was known for his generous heart, his love for family and superb work ethic. After graduating from Lydia Patterson Institute, he would later marry his love, Maria Luisa Lopez, with whom he built a life centered on faith, family, and devotion.

Antonio embraced many roles in his life- mechanic, supervisor, manager, business owner, and advocate for childcare development. He always had a strong work ethic, but it grew even stronger during his time at Levi’s, then pursued his true passion of owning his own business. Antonio’s greatest hobbies included dancing, listening to music, watching sports, and horse racing.

He leaves behind a family filled with love, who will continue to cherish the priceless memories he leaves with them. He is survived by his wife, Maria Luisa Borjon, his 4 children, Yanira Borjon (Jesus A. Torres), Antonio Borjon III, Yazmin Borjon (Rafael Gonzalez), and Saharon Estrada (Dominick Estrada). His 8 grandchildren, who were his most treasured blessing, Julian Isaiah, Aliyah Torres, Elizabeth Estrada, Elijah Torres, Ryan Gonzalez, Logan Estrada, Noah Torres, and Gavin Gonzalez.

Gathering of Remembrance will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM, Monday, December 15, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Inurnment will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza.
