Arcelia Blanco, 91 passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm with a vigil at 7 pm Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am Monday, October 13, 2014 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
