Armando Moncada

Armando Moncada 90, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. Armando was born in El Paso, Texas on June 18, 1925. Armando served proudly in the United States Army from March 1945 to February 1947. Armando married the love of his life, Margarita in 1945. He is survived by his wife Margarita and their five children, Dolores Ahia (Leroy), Ruben Moncada (Oralia), Sylvia Castro (Jay), Irma Miller (Glenn), and Ida Claeps (Roger). Armando is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren that loved and adored him. Visitation will be from 5:00pm-9:00pm with Rosary to follow at 7:00pm Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass is at 9:30am Monday, February 29, 2016 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church with Committal Service to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
